Live on Letterman
The band will return to the historic Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City for a Legends of Letterman live performance tonight.
“We fell back in love with drums!” says Marcus Mumford. “It’s as simple as that.” The band is also scheduled for a Legends on Letterman live stream on May 5.
Lorde will celebrate the success of her first full-length album, Pure Heroine, tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET/5:00 pm. PT by taking to David Letterman’s stage inside New York’s historic Ed Sullivan Theater.
Tom Parker managed to toss his microphone under the band’s riser, prompting Nathan Skyes to call him “semi-pro at best” and Siva Kaneswaran insisting he climb under and get it.
“Thank you guys so much for coming out this evening and supporting me,” he told the packed audience at Ed Sullivan Theater. “If you made it this far you’re a true fan.”
