Bruno Mars called in to Craig & Company to talk about his experience as musical guest and host on last week’s episode of SNL, plus his thoughts on the famous marriage proposal that used his song, “Marry You,” and how he would like to spend the holidays this year.
“Music is supposed to be free, it’s supposed to be fun, especially for me. I want to have fun doing my job,” he said.
“I was so excited to do SNL and all of the sudden Tom Hanks walks in. Like I wasn’t nervous enough and Tom Hanks walks in!”
Bucking the trends, the singer unleashed the video without any fancy premiere or behind the scenes footage. Mars is only interested in doing things his way this time around.
