Beyoncé and Jay Z might be on the run, but they kept their fans at the edge of the seat at last night’s (June 25) kick-off of their joint stadium tour.

Mrs. and Mr. Carter officially made their debut in Miami, barreling through a 42-song set that had them each playing songs from their illustrious careers, digging deep into their discography for early songs like “Big Pimpin'” and “Baby Boy.”

The night also had the hip-hop couple teaming up for previously released duets like “03 Bonnie & Clyde,” “Crazy In Love,” “Drunk In Love” and “Part II (On The Run).”

Beyoncé filled in for Justin Timberlake on “Holy Grail,” while Jay showed off his new remix of Bey’s “Partition.” Bey covered Lauryn Hill’s “Ex Factor” and in honor of the fifth anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death, they also offered up a tribute during “Love On Top.” This followed a note Bey wrote on her website that, “Michael Jackson changed me, and helped me to become the artist I am.”
