It’s the movie freak and the movie geek– Find out what to buy, what to rent and what to AVOID AT ALL COSTS as Damon talks to local movie reviewer extraordinaire, Sam Hatch from Culture Dogs about this week’s new DVD and Blu Ray releases!

This week has some big name releases for kids, and for artsy adults, with The Lego Movie, Wes Anderson’s Grand Budapest Hotel and more.  get the whole rundown of the week’s new home video releases!

The Lego Movie

Even the hardest of critics started gushing over this movie– it’s awesome!  Who would have thought a movie about toys would be the most entertaining films of the year?

The Grand Budapest Hotel

The latest from quirky director Wes Anderson– who’s definitely been a hit or miss guy lately– is one of his better ones. Ralph Fiennes stars as a dashing concierge who goes on an adventure with his lobby boy.  There’s lots of great actors and it’s totally worth watching.

Joe

This Nicolas Cage movie is a little more serious that you might expect– Joe is a guy with a bad temper who meets a homeless teenage kid.  The only person interested in helping this teen is Cage’s crazy ex-con.

Joyride 3: Roadkill

Yup, they’re still making these movies!  Evil trucker Rusty Nail is still out trying to kill people, this time at a road rally.

Meth Head

Here’s a Lukas Haas movie about– you guessed it– a guy doing lots of meth.  It’s that literal!
