How’s THIS For a #ThrowbackThursday?

Let’s continue the walk down memory lane. Just look at these prices in 1940!  Through the years, there were 3 menus at Moskowitz and Lupowitz… I have all three.

It’s funny, Louis was around show business people so much, look at how he referred to himself on the menu. There wasn’t any “Health Food” back then. Just heavy, rich food… but was it good!

From Dec 25, 1956, here is the Special Christmas dinner.  Prices went up a little from 1940! Lamb chops and fried potatoes for $4.75. And when they said fried potatoes, NOT deep fried, these potatoes were seasoned and pan fried.
