Blueberries help delay short term memory loss, and tomatoes can help protect against free radical damage to cells.
5. Avoid “Bad Stuff”
Cut down on things loaded with sugars and high fructose corn syrup– these will give you a quick energy boost, yes, but it’s followed by a big crash, and that won’t help your body or your mind.
