Michelle Obama has found a new way to get kids to eat their vegetables: hip-hop.

The First Lady has recorded a hip-hop album featuring Jordin Sparks, Run DMC, Ashanti and Doug E. Fresh that coincides with her anti-obesity program “Let’s Move!” according to Politico.

The 19-track record called Songs for a Healthier America, out in September, will feature songs like “U R What You Eat” and “Veggie Luv” about eating your leafy greens. Unfortunately the citizens of America will not hear Mrs. Obama drop some bars — She has decided not to appear on the album.

But everyone’s favorite doctor, Dr. Oz, does make a cameo. Oz raps about caloric intake alongside Doug E. Fresh on the album’s first single, “Everybody,” which also features the First Lady stumping for her 1-year program, while Mr. Sparks sings about celebrating life. Watch below.
