This week, Debbie shares her top weekend wardrobe must-haves for the Spring and Summer. These essential pieces will make sure you’ve got a rocking sense of style to maximize your fashion sense AND comfort out in the sunshine! Here’s her top picks:
1. Cotton Maxi Skirt
This full length skirt is more comfortable than shorts, it’s easy to wear and you can pair it with a t-shirt and flip flops– be comfortable and still stay cute and summer chic.
2. Bright Shorts
This season, it’s not just boring denim shorts– brightly colored shorts are in! Debbie loves neons, but if that’s too loud for you, the other big trend right now is floral prints.
3. High-Low Hem Dress
It’s high in the front and low in the back… There’s some really cute, casual styles for this angular dress which make for a great breezy summer outfit that’s ready in no time.
4. Fold Knit Dress
These knits are really comfortable, flexible and they hold their shape. Get one in a nice, bright color– it’s a great thing to wear to dinner.
5. Maxi Dress
The maxi dress is versatile, comfortable and you can get a good one for around $30 at Marshalls. Dress it up with a nice wedge heel and you’ll look cute and stylish while staying comfortable.
6. White Denim
A lot of women tend to get nervous with white pants, but there’s white denim jeans that look great on all body shapes at Soft Surroundings at Evergreen Walk. They have bright white pants that will make you look good and feel confident. When it gets cooler outside, a great pair of white jeans is a must-have.
