She’s a wizard when it comes to wireless– Cellular Chloe is here to share the latest and greatest wireless wonders!
This week, Chloe gives us the inside scoop on Sleep Apps. Chloe has been using a new app called “Sleep As Android” for about a month now, which includes plug-in apps to customize the features you need.
Maybe we’re getting ahead of ourselves– what is a Sleep App? It tracks your sleep, providing you a graph each morning, including your percentage of deep sleep and more. The apps monitor you in a variety of ways– the best are measured through a wristband, which reduces outside interference from a spouse or pet.
The app will also showcase your snoring, how much you toss and turn and more– it’s a real eye opener! Since more sleep isn’t always better sleep, this is a great way to measure and optimize your sleeping habits. It’s wild to think that these kinds of sleep studies have gone from big business and medical centers, right to the palm of your hand!
Sleep As Android also offers an add-on app called Twilight (no, not like the vampires). This feature adjusts the blue light on cell phones and tablets, making them less of a distraction when you’re asleep, helping you to avoid your sleep being thrown off overnight.
