Kyle Richards of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills called the studio for an exclusive interview with Gina! Kyle will be in Connecticut this Sunday for Mohegan Sun’s “Reality Check” series –She will take part in an autograph session, and fans of the Real Housewives series will be able to have a live discussion with her! Gina asked Kyle a few questions in preparation for the event, including clarification on a few of the show’s latest rumors!
Right now you guys are not filming –you are pretty much done for the season. Do you miss the cameras when they are not there with you?
“I don’t miss the cameras– I miss our crew because I really like them a lot… You become close to them. Shooting the show is not the hard part. It’s when it’s on the air… that’s the hard part. If we could just shoot the show and never air it– [that] would be so nice.”
Does Adrienne Maloof want off the show?
“We have all at one point or another said that, so I don’t really know how much credibility to give [the rumor]. All of us at one point or another have said,‘that’s it I am quitting,’ whether it’s in the middle of shooting, or at the end of the season when we have had a hard time–so that doesn’t really mean too much to me.”
Is Taylor Armstrong getting kicked off the show?
“We haven’t even announced a pickup yet. There have not been negotiations for season four, so I think that is another rumor. Every year I hear Sylvester Stallone’s wife is joining [and] it never happens… I hear so many stories you can’t even imagine. So far 99.9 percent of them have not been correct.”
What do you think of Brandi Glanville’s recent interview with Howard Stern where she badmouthed her Real Housewives co-stars?
“I never know what Brandi is going say. She is always nice to my face, we get along, and we actually have fun together–then she says things like that. I never know what is going to come out of her mouth. I have gone out of my way to be nice to her. I didn’t agree with what she said about Adrienne involving her children in front of the camera, but she is always gonna be like that. It’s just what we have to deal with.”
On Monday’s episode you are going to be in Paris. You also confront Taylor on the drinking?
“Yes. It’s not an easy thing for me to do. Going through what I went through with my sister, I am not very good at confronting people. With family it is one thing to go up and say, ‘listen you have a problem.’ When that doesn’t go over well it doesn’t really make you comfortable to go up to someone who is not family.”
Have you taped the reunion show yet?
“That’s coming up. That has to be the most torturous day ever. It is like going in to a boxing ring or lion’s den– and you are there from morning to night. It should be something where you go in and you are honest, and you address things, and at the end of the day you can put everything to rest and move on… But it gets so ugly sometimes. It’s very stressful.”
