Chad Johnson was in court this morning for his sentencing. He pled “no contest” to a charge of domestic battery and in exchange he gets no jail time but was sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered to enroll in a batterers intervention program. He also can’t have any contact with Evelyn for a year.

Paris Hilton issued an apology for the comments she made about gay men … saying, “Gay people are the strongest and most inspiring people I know.” Yesterday a recording of Paris saying: “Gay guys are the horniest people in the world. Most of them probably have AIDS” was released. She adds “I am so sorry and so upset that I caused pain to my gay friends, fans and their families with the comments heard this morning.”

“Dancing with the Stars” dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy confirmed that he’s quitting the show after his current contract expires. He wants to go into acting and already has the lead in a romantic-comedy which begins filming in January. But Maksim still has 3 seasons left in his contract. But someone leaving sooner is Derek Hough who is gone after the current season.
