Stevie Wonder filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences.  Wonder and his wife have been separated since October 2009.  Wonder filed the divorce papers using his legal name, Stevland Morris.

Katherine Jackson is now reinstated with TJ to be a co-guardian for Michael Jackson’s 3 kids.  She had to file a declaration in order to be reinstated and she seems like she was tricked.  In the docs, Katherine claims she was scheduled to go on a road trip to New Mexico to watch her sons in concert — but on July 14th, an unnamed doctor showed up to her house and told her it was better for her to take a plane instead.  Katherine says she went — believing the doctor was under the orders of her longtime physician — but when she got off the plane … she found herself in Tucson, where she had been set up at a luxury resort.  They took her phone and computer away and told her the kids were okay!!!

Forget the private Catholic school… looks like Katie Holmes has enrolled Suri in a brand new private school which will open its doors to students for the first time this fall.  Avenues is a $40,000 dollar a year “educational experience”.  It’s  a “world school” with branches in China, India, Africa and Europe.

Floyd Mayweather Jr.  was released early this morning from a Vegas jail, where he served about  2 months of his 3-month sentence for domestic violence.  He got out early on good behavior.  50 Cent was among the group of people who came to pick him up… awwww.

The city of New Orleans has decided not to pursue the initial charges against Cuba Gooding Jr. after he allegedly shoved a female bartender.  And now video has been released of that night…Cuba is seen outside the bar and the bartender follows him outside and wants the cops called.  On tape you can hear Cuba saying that the bartender is “RACIST” for kicking him out.

Sources are saying that Jennifer Lopez is getting frustrated with Casper Smart.  “She’s getting frustrated with him” and she’s increasingly “short-tempered when she’s around him.”  The source claims it’s over the latest reports of him at a peep show although she has the lawyers threatening lawsuits over the story.  The source also goes on to say that Jennifer doesn’t like to be alone and won’t get rid of him until she has someone else.
