From a Show back in Portland, Oregon in 2010, Justin Bieber and his record label are getting sued for $9 Million, because a mother claims she now suffers from “Tinnitus” of the Ear because of how Loud the Arena was!

TMZ reports, Stacey Wilson Betts surprised her daughter and treated her to a Justin Bieber concert back in July of 2010. Betts claims that the Arena was incredibly TO LOUD, and Bieber made things Much Worse when he decided to climb Heart shaped Gondola and be pulled into the crowd.

Bieber “”created a wave like effect of screaming by pointing into various sections of the arena. Then enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion.” Betts reported in her suit. Because of this Betts now claims she suffers from Tinnitus which is a pulsing and whooshing sound in her ear that makes it difficult to sleep.

As a result Betts is suing Bieber and his label for a total of $9.23 Million of damages. (A little ridiculous don’t you think? LOL)
