You think you have bad neighbors?

The retaliation from one neighbor in Park Orchards, Australia may earn him this year’s title of Worst Neighbor Ever.

Two neighbors got in a spat last August after complaints were made to the local council regarding illegal removal of trees from resident David Muscat’s property

According to AOL.com, that was when the “neighbor from hell”  constructed an enormous wooden sculpture to flip the bird to all passers-by.

The wooden sculpture stands four feet high on Muscat’s front lawn in plain view due to the lack of greenery on his property.

The Herald Sun interviewed an unamed neighborhood resident  who referred to Muscat as the “neighbor from hell,” adding that, “We would all be quite happy if he just packed up and went away.”

Muscat faces a AU $10,000 fine from the Manningham Council after pleading guilty to removing the trees and doing garden work without a permit.
