The Real Housewives of New York are back with 3 new ladies on the show.  Cindy Barshop, Kelly Bensimon, Alex McCord and Jill Zarin were all cut and they’ve been replaced.  New for Season 5 are Aviva Drescher, journalist Carole Radziwill and shapewear designer Heather Thomson.  They will join Ramona, LuAnn and Sonja for the new season.
