Trending topics on Twitter have started more than their fair share of death rumors over the last couple of years.  Usually it starts with a simple tweet along the lines of “OMG #RIPJoshGroban” and then in a few minutes the world is wondering if the singer has passed away.

The latest victim of these death rumors in [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Bon Jovi[/lastfm] singer Jon Bon Jovi.

On Monday it started to spread like wildfire that the iconic rocker had died.  This news, however, came as a surprise to the Jon and the rest of the band.  They quickly posted a photo on their Facebook page to address the rumors.
