Men In Black 3 seemed like a movie cursed to never be made– suffering from every production problem imaginable (angry NYC residents during on-location filming, massive script rewrites, filming delays… and Will Smith’s reported bratty movie-star behavior– he hung out in a marble-floored personal star trailer with a gym inside, and had an entire movie set torn down and rebuilt from scratch because he didn’t like it).
Still, in spite of the rocky road so far, it looks like Men In Black 3 is finally on track for its Summer 2012 release, and the first trailer has just been revealed!
This time out, Agent J. (Smith) has to travel back in time to save a younger version of his partner K. (played by Tommy Lee Jones in the present, and Josh Brolin in the past)….
Hopefully in spite of all the behind-the-scenes drama this movie ends up being as awesome as the first one… if nothing else, it couldn’t be worse than the terrifyingly bad MIB2.
