The Black Eyed Peas Officially Broken Up: My Top Five Favorite BEP Videos!

Every day our man Nick Cannon covers off on the hottest music, movies and stars of pop culture. Come back each day for a list from Nick as part of Cannon’s Countdown.

The Supremes. The Beatles. The Jackson 5. ABBA. The Rolling Stones. Destiny’s Child. These are some of the most successful musical acts in all of music history.

One more group to add the list? The Black Eyed Peas.

Originally formed in 1995, will.i.am’s group shot into fame in 2003 when “Where Is The Love”, “Shut Up”, “My Humps” and ”Don’t Phunk With My Heart” all bulleted up the charts.

All of that is coming to end! (Tear)

Click for the details!Fast forward to 2011 and BEP has broken multiple records. One of them being the feat of having two of the top 10 best selling singles of the last decade being on the same record (“Boom Boom Pow” and ”I Gotta Feeling”)!

Just last week the group announced they are officially taking a break so that they can work on other ventures. Fergie‘s focusing on her family life and will.i.am is working on his fourth solo album. Usually a break means a break-up but only time will tell.

I think they deserve a bit of recognition! Because of that I’m going to countdown my top five favorite BEP videos of all time.
