After finding out [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]ABBA[/lastfm] and the [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Bee Gees[/lastfm] were an inspiration for the [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Foo Fighters[/lastfm]’ seventh studio album Wasting Light, it got us thinking which additional artists may have infiltrated the band’s hard-rock roots. While we don’t have a list of artists who’ve directly influenced the band throughout the years, we can show you some whose music has at least caught the Foos’ attention. Below are ten outstanding cover songs the Foo Fighters have done that offered an interesting and bizarre twist on the original.
